How to read a product page

Read the title and description together with the images and any selectable options. Each listing identifies what you receive, the quantity included, the intended use, the colour and the material. Where a dimension or capacity has been confirmed with the supplier, it is stated on the listing. The price and current availability appear on the product page and again at checkout.

We publish a specification only once we have confirmed it. If a measurement matters for your space and it is not shown, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it — we would rather answer the question than process a return.

Measure before ordering

Storage products depend on fit. Measure the intended shelf, drawer, cupboard, refrigerator, door, wardrobe or under-bed space and allow clearance for lids, handles, hinges and moving parts. Compare your measurement with any dimensions shown on the listing, and ask us if the one you need is not there.

Images and colour

We aim to display products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can produce minor colour differences. Decorative objects shown for context are not included unless the description expressly says they are.

Materials and food contact

Use a product for food storage only where the listing states that it is suitable for food contact. Follow any temperature, cleaning and dishwasher guidance supplied with the item. Keep storage products away from heat or flame unless specifically designed for that use.

Safe use and care

• Follow assembly and care instructions supplied with the product.
• Do not overload hooks, racks, drawers, bins or hanging organisers.
• Check mounting surfaces and fasteners before use.
• Keep bags, small parts and cords away from children and pets.
• Stop using a product if it becomes cracked, unstable or otherwise unsafe.

Condition of goods

All products sold by Anyorel are new. We do not sell used, refurbished, returned or second-hand goods.
